Could you be the Team Lead in Automatic Train Supervision in Helsinki we’re looking for?

 

Mass transit is one of the fastest-growing transportation sectors. Integrated Control Center is at a critical stage in delivering several of our EBI Screen projects while expanding in existing markets and entering vital new markets. This requires a significant investment of our efforts to strengthen the EBI Screen products while maximizing our efficiency in project execution. The EBI Screen team will drive the Generic Product Development, Generic Application, and Specific Application execution for all EBI Screen projects.

 

Your future role
As Team Lead, Automatic Train Supervision, you will be responsible for Generic and Specific Application software delivery for all EBI Screen 2000 projects in coordination with the Regional project teams, Generic Product software delivery for all EBI Screen product developments aligned with the product roadmap, supporting Regional project teams with customer projects, growth of the competency and expertise in the new EBI Screen organization, delivering consistency in project reporting (progress, KPI, resource), managing project prioritization together with the Regions and Head of EBI Screen Product Family, and strategic planning for future ATS development, aligned with CITYFLO and INTERFLO solution management.

 

 

We’ll look to you for the delivery of all EBI Screen 2000 (including legacy, current, and future generations) projects:

  • Generic Product Development (including architecture, new features, and support)
  • Generic Application Development
  • Specific Application
  • Engineering & Sub-system Testing
  • Support for integration testing, lab testing, site testing
  • Create, maintain, and drive development and execution plan (aligned with solution roadmap and transversal footprint strategy).
  • Ensure required competence and skills of the Team.
  • Drive Quality, Time, and Cost improvements internally by communicating clearly and setting clear expectations.
  • Report regularly to Product Family on progress and status.

 

All about you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Signaling Systems, Automatic Train Supervision, Traffic Management System, Centralized Traffic Control, or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition.
  • 1+ years of experience leading a matrixed organization working with global teams.
  • Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).
  • Experience with software development and graphic user interfaces.
  • Fluency in English
