Your future role
Step into a meaningful leadership position where your technical expertise and supportive leadership style truly make a difference. In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented, kind, and forward‑thinking colleagues who value teamwork and innovation.
You’ll guide a team of full‑stack developers as you design, build, and deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure web and application solutions. Your everyday work will bring you close to Product Managers, Architects, QA specialists, and UX designers, working together to turn complex needs into elegant technical solutions—all while nurturing a positive, high‑performing, and inclusive team culture.
You will play a key role not only in ensuring technical excellence and mentoring your team members, but also in championing modern frameworks, tools, and DevOps practices that empower the whole team.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading full‑stack development across front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and databases
- Helping shape and review system architectures to support scalability, performance, and security
- Offering hands‑on development support when needed
- Mentoring and coaching developers to help them grow and succeed
- Coordinating tasks, balancing workloads, and supporting team productivity
- Ensuring high‑quality applications through testing, monitoring, and performance improvements
- Encouraging continuous improvement in both development processes and team ways of working
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet key project milestones
- Promoting secure coding standards and data‑protection best practices

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of leading software development teams
- Strong hands‑on experience with C++ and C#
- Expertise in .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and modern C++ (C++11+)
- Experience with front‑end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular
- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of secure coding, debugging, and performance profiling
- A supportive leadership style with experience mentoring development teams
- Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence in decision‑making
- An agile mindset with experience in Scrum or Kanban environments
