Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineering Solution Manager in Sweden we’re looking for? Preferred locations would be Helsingborg, Stockholm, Göteborg or Västerås.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing maintenance solutions and ensuring the reliability and performance in our Fleet maintenance projects and tenders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, sourcing, and industrial), analyze technical performance, and support cost reduction initiatives, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of the implementing solutions for Configuration and Change Management in our ERP systems, as well as develop and maintain visual management of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) models.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage technical work streams in strategic projects and tenders in accordance with the time schedule
- Evaluate and define maintenance strategy together with project or tender team
- Manage or support mobilizations teams in terms of estimation of work load, planning and strategy
- Managing the technical performance of systems and providing feedback to relevant Services Platforms.
- Optimizing the scope and tasks of the Maintenance plan.
- Supporting cost reduction actions and implementing modifications to improve reliability and serviceability.
- Capturing and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Promoting the use of advanced maintenance techniques and methodologies such as CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance).

- University degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Railways system/application engineering.
- Knowledge of rolling stock equipment.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment (desirable).
- Knowledge of rolling stock maintenance (desirable).
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, BI/BO (desirable).
