Purpose of the job 

 

 

  • Responsible for management of product supply contracts according to contractual commitments and customer expectations, to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst ensuring on time delivery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Alstom legal and contractual rights are protected.
  • Reporting contract performance KPI’s both internally and to the client
  • Act as Contractors representative
  • Seek and propose to the Head of Business development / Platform additional opportunities.

Support with product supply bids and tenders

 

Main responsibilities

 

1/ Be accountable for supply contract QCDP performance

 

2/ Be responsible for the contract governance and ensuring our contract commitments are met

 

3/ Lead and coordinate contract activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out including:

  • Proper transfer from tender to execution
  • Management of the contract progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management. He/She is the representative of the Product supply contracts towards Alstom Products and Services management.

 

4/ Manage customer and external stakeholders’ relationship

  • Continuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements
  • Alstom representative towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (i.e. Network Rail regions, …)
  • Ensuring contract management and variation orders towards customer

 

5/ Performance measurements:  

  • Contract Performance Indicators     
  • Cash-in
  • Customer Satisfaction

 

 

Educational

 

  • Degree or ONC/HNC level  / qualified by experience

Experience

 

Mandatory:

  • 5 years experience in Account Management or Project management or manager of an operational scope in a customer facing role
  • Basic Knowledge of Signalling and infrastructure products

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ALSTOM way of working for process execution

Knowledge of ALSTOM product portfolio
