The Light Rail Project "Nofit" is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Planning Sub-Manager to oversee the scheduling and coordination of our ambitious infrastructure project. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in project scheduling and a deep understanding of Primavera and Tilos software.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, prepare, and monitor project schedules from the design phase through all the project phases till the final project delivery.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop solutions to ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare regular reports, including status updates and forecasts.
  • Coordinate work with all stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring seamless communication between different teams.
  • Use Primavera software for detailed project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
  • Utilize Tilos software to create and optimize linear project schedules, integrating time and distance into a comprehensive graphical view.
  • Perform schedule optimization and run project simulations to make informed planning decisions.
  • Analyze schedules for critical paths, risks, and obstacles, and review resource loadings.
  • Lead regular project schedule review sessions, challenging assumptions and seeking solutions to improve time performance.
  • Support the claim strategy

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant academic field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in scheduling for large engineering projects, preferably in infrastructure or light rail projects.
  • Proven experience in creating and monitoring project schedules for all project phases.
  • Proficiency in project management systems, with a strong emphasis on Primavera software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and adapt scheduling accordingly.
  • Experience with Tilos software for linear scheduling and project optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify critical paths, risks, and resource constraints.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the light rail industry is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent in English is required.

 

 

Location: The position is located in the northern region of Israel
