Components Project Manager

- Drive the execution of project with low criticality, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations, to mazimize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time, in conforming with Alstom project manager and excecution processes.

- Be accountable for SQCDP and project EHS

- Ensure Alstom legal and contractual roght are protected

- Seek and propose to the Customer DIrector/Platform additional opportunities

Main Responsabilities:

1) Be accountable for project SQCDP performance and optimized Financial Project Performance

2) Be responsable for product governance. Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, inclucing PMP elaboration, ans peojec alocation to Sob-systems ( planing, cost, qualitty, performance )

3) Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close.

4) Manage customer and external stakeholders's relationship
