Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team, committed to delivering exceptional results.

You'll lead and direct our Digital & Integrated Systems (DIS) Maintenance organization, ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance contracts from transfer meeting to contract closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project T&C, Quality, Testing & Commissioning, and Project Engineering teams), define operational processes, and foster professional relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the profitability and success of our maintenance projects.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the maintenance organization, ensuring contractual performance targets are met, and driving continuous improvement, but also supporting the Customer Director in negotiations and identifying new business opportunities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the DIS Maintenance organization to fulfill contracts profitably and deliver on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.

  • Defining and implementing the appropriate maintenance organization and operational processes during the mobilization stage.

  • Managing the handover process from the project phase to the maintenance phase.

  • Delivering contractual performance targets, including availability and service-level agreements.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

  • Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization to maintain project profitability.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety processes and practices in line with local laws and regulations.

  • Managing conflicts, resolving issues, and making decisions that impact project performance.

  • Overseeing project reviews, gate reviews, and work package convergence to meet QCD commitments.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Full-time degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

  • At least 10 years of experience in railway signalling, with a minimum of 4 years in signalling maintenance activities within a Metro rail organization.

  • Strong understanding of maintenance project management, including QCD commitments.

  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and operational processes.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering value to customers.

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous daily routines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues.

  • Contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of mobility.

  • Utilize our inclusive and flexible working environment.
