Role Summary:
Alstom has openings for its Engineering Leadership Excellence And Development (LEAD) program in our Melbourne, FL location.
LEAD members have the opportunity to learn the entire state of-the-art methods of engineering and to be exposed to business aspects through structured course work and practical application. The experience gained during the rotational assignments positions Leadership Program members for accelerated career growth.
Members will experience four, six-month rotations throughout a two-year period.
Rotation examples include:
- Software, Hardware, Systems, Quality, Vital Validation Engineering
- Innovation and Data Science
- Program Management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 4 year Engineering or related degree
- GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Characteristics:
- Prior intern or research experience in engineering
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills acquired through past educational or internship experiences
