Could you be the full-time onsite Reliability Growth Engineer in Goteborg, SE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electro-mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and international teammates. You'll drive the reliability growth activities for our new and innovative X80 trains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, industrial, quality, etc.), engaging and supporting other stakeholders and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

All reliability growth activities on site engaging and supporting the other stakeholders (design, industrial, quality, etc.),

Being the main contact point for the customer on reliability growth activities,
-
Identification of systematic faults with help of data analysis,
-
Analysing issues identified in the fields having an impact on the reliability performance and ensuring the outcome of their resolution,
-
Coordinating activities of our Field Engineers supporting the identification of root causes to systematic faults,
-
Definition of appropriate measures to meet the target reliability,
-
Following up with suppliers (internal & externals) on the reliability growth activities,
-
Supporting the creation of engineering and maintenance documentation,
-
Supporting the creation and follow up of RAM analyses and reports,
-
Get your fingers dirty on big’n’heavy bogies and motors

Degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a related field, preferably applied to Railway products,

Experience or understanding of systems/sub-systems integration and embedded equipment,

Knowledge of electrotechnical product development in a highly complex and normative environment,

Familiarity with reliability growth activities and RAM analyses,
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with third parties,
-
A structured and organized approach with a hands-on mentality,
-
Proficiency in Swedish and English; German is an asset,
-
Ability to identify and prioritize urgent issues with a customer and product focus,
-
Willingness to travel and work with international teams,
-
Enthusiasm for a stable yet challenging career with varied daily tasks
