Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning, coordination, and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our fleet, contributing to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Control, Train Care, Engineering, and Maintenance), manage depot plans, coordinate training activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing depot usage and maintaining training records, but also ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing 24-hour depot plans to meet customer, safety, and reliability requirements.

Optimizing depot usage and coordinating train movements effectively.

Planning and supporting service project mobilization and execution.

Ensuring the fleet is maintained to deliver clean, reliable, and safe trains for service.

Coordinating and maintaining training records and competency development for site teams.

Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet planning and training activities.

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in planning within a maintenance or service environment.

Knowledge of quality and safety systems.

Understanding of rail vehicle maintenance requirements.

Familiarity with SAP, AMS, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.

Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.

Flexibility to manage multiple topics and adapt to changing priorities.
