Could you be the full-time Test & Commissioning Team Leader in Bologna, Rome, Firenze or Bari we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.

You’ll report to the Test & Commissioning Group Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and enthusiastic teammates.

The Team Leader is responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills.

The duties of a team leader also involve providing direction, coaching the team members and resolving conflicts.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly T&C Engineers/Technicians and subcontractors)

 

We’ll look to you for

 

  • Taking care of delivering the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines;
  • Managing testing activities on several railway signalling projects on SCMT-CTC technologies, ensuring defects identification and correction;
  • Checking the compliancy with Alstom HR and EHS policies, local standards and regulations;
  • Make return of experience with regards to non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase.

  • Technical Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in industrial environment
