We are looking for an SITE INDUSTRIAL QUALITY MANAGER.

The role is responsible for driving Industrial Quality excellence at site level and ensuring compliance with Alstom standards. It involves leadership in process improvement, team development, and quality performance optimization.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
Oversee Industrial Quality activities: budget, people, processes, and performance;
Drive Performance (APSYS) improvement plans and Zero Defect initiatives;
Support PFMEA update and Control Plans delivery;
Ensure digitalization of controls;
Analyze site performance and resolve anomalies using problem-solving tools;
Support GO/NO GO decisions and enforce safety-related production stops;
Deploy quality methodologies and manage team development through training and qualification plans.
 
Competencies required 
 
Master’s in Engineering;
Experience with Quality tools (Lean Six Sigma, Problem Solving);
Strong industrial process knowledge;
Management experience.
 
Desirable: Railway experience; 5+ years in industrial environments.
 
Skill:
Rigor, communication, and technical expertise.
Fluent English and international mindset.
Ability to work under pressure in a matrix organization.
