We are looking for an INDUSTRIALIZATION TECHNICIAN involved in the following activities:
- Develops and updates industrial documentation (ex. assembly work instructions);
- Defines tooling, jigs, and test equipment required for production;
- Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan;
- Method time and VA/NVA analyses to optimize production processes;
- Supports Sourcing and SQD in supplier qualification and quality follow‑up;
- Deploys industrial methods and tools to subcontractors and manages company assets provided;
- Trains workers during design and industrialization phases;
- Ensures ongoing training and qualification of workers on updated processes and equipment;
- Ensures correct application of industrial processes in line with customer and internal requirements;
- Supports Industrial Quality in investigating non‑conformities, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective/preventive actions;
- Contributes to technical decisions during specification and design phases of new / updated products;
- Anticipates industrial means and long‑lead items for prototype manufacturing;
- Manages and monitors prototype build respecting industrial rules and QCD targets.
Experience and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Process Development within industrial or mechanical/electromechanical environments.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and industrial workflows.

Competence in reading technical drawings and interpreting mechanical/electrical documentation.

Practical involvement in Process FMEA, risk assessment, and implementation of improvement action plans.

Experience in product and process qualification, including validation of tools, jigs, fixtures, and industrial means.
- Previous involvement in Concurrent Engineering or participation in design‑to‑manufacturing activities;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.

Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Team‑oriented approach and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional environments.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
