We are looking for a MECHANICS INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER involved in the following activities:

  • Manage new product introduction in production, through the:
    • Manufacturing feasibility analysis of technical documentation  (bill of materials, drawings, etc.)

    • Design and implementation of manufacturing & testing tools

    • Redaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers

    • Training of manufacturing and testing workers

  • Set up manufacturing processes at supplier’s premises / internal production department for proto and serial production
  • Redaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers
  • Training of manufacturing and testing workers.
  • To improve serial production performances through:
    • Propose new manufacturing processes and improve the existing one’s: workstations, tooling, routings, assembly & testing instructions to workers
    • Support manufacturing and quality activities (both internal and at supplier’s premises) when issues occur.
    • Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvement

 

Experience and skills required:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical factory as Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments;
  • Knowledge of English in professional level;
  • Ability to work in team, to collaborate with people from various departments (quality, manufacturing, design, supply chain, etc) and suppliers.
