We are looking for a Regional Center Industrialization Manager

JOB SCOPE:

- Industrialize products and projects from prototype, serial to maintenance phases.

- Ensure data, tools and components are always available for production and repairs all along the life cycle
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

- Define and deploy Regional Center industrialization roadmap 
- Deploy Signaling industrialization processes (for products and projects) and DFM rules 
- Manage industrial Q, C, D of generic products managed on Regional Centers during all life cycle 
- Develop industrial means for product & project manufacturing and test with EHS mind-set 
- Ensure application of Signaling Métier standards (tools, processes, specification) 
- Deploy Signaling industrial requirements internally and with subcontractors 
- Contribute to Regional Center industrial activity productivity plan 
- Take part to Signaling industrialization network 
- Ensure APSYS deployment and maturity development 
- Manage and develop team competencies
- Spread best environmental and EHS practices in the team 
- Manage directly: 
   Industrialization Métier team: industrial data & tools, technical subcontractors interface, industrial methods, testing team, co-engineering 
   Product Industrial Managers
