We seek a passionate Facilities Equipment Manager to drive the design, development, and optimization of depot equipment and facilities. Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead scalable asset management strategies for depot equipment across Eglinton & Finch facilities, ensuring long-term operational efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and safety, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Guarantee reliability and uptime of critical equipment through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion innovation by implementing new technologies and process enhancements to optimize facility operations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within teams, supporting a culture of learning and development.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience or understanding of depot equipment maintenance, asset lifecycle management, or facility operations.
  • Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, depot operations, manufacturing, or industrial facilities environments
  • Contractor management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Hands-on, practical approach to ensuring equipment reliability and operational effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership, resilience, adaptability, and effective communication skills to manage teams and drive results.

 

Work Set-Up: Flexible but predominantly onsite, with regular presence required at our Finch and Eglinton locations.

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
