Could you be the full-time Method Engineer in Fez we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and industrialisation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless industrialisation of new projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams), support the Site Industrial Manager during the costing phase, and ensure the availability and reliability of key industrial deliverables, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of analysing input data from customer sites and executing technical changes to maintain project stability, but also ensure compliance with ergonomics and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analysing input data from customer sites to support project industrialisation.

  • Ensuring the availability and reliability of industrial deliverables (e.g., BOM, Wiring list, instruction sheets).

  • Processing technical feedback from manufacturing and quality teams (e.g., PDCA, QRQC processes).

  • Ensuring data integrity across tools like ELSA, GSI, and CATIA.

  • Updating and maintaining industrial deliverables in coordination with PIM & SSM.

  • Escalating cost variations related to change execution.

  • Driving and participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and resolve technical issues.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • BAC +5 in a technical or industrial field.

  • Experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive or railway industries.

  • Basic knowledge of engineering design principles.

  • Strong experience working with CATIA V5 and AutoCAD software.

  • Fluency in both French and English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Commitment to fostering a safe and ergonomic working environment.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our dynamic and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards leadership or specialised roles within the organisation

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
