Could you be the full-time Workpackage Controller in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and transparency of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Planning, Sourcing, Industrial), align financial and operational objectives, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of financial reporting and cost control, but also collaborate on operational KPIs and working capital improvement plans.
We’ll look to you for:

Obtaining, checking, and validating all financial and accounting data related to allocated contracts

Controlling cost movements monthly and comparing them against “As Sold” and forecast situations

Preparing estimates at completion for validation during Project Reviews

Ensuring reconciliation between approved project financial data and books
-
Analyzing inventory movement and ensuring its proper valuation
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives
-
Driving continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations
-
Following up on receivables and supplier recovery actions

Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent

Graduated recently or with up to 3 years of experience in a relevant field

Teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, with Power BI as a plus

Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Fluency in other languages is a plus
-
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
