Could you be the full-time Warehouse  Manager in Fez we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and operational management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of materials in our warehouse operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Industrial, Planning, Quality, HSE, IT, and Supply Chain), manage end-to-end warehouse operations, and champion continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of material availability, stock accuracy, and on-time delivery to production lines, but also lead the implementation of lean solutions and operational transformation initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies in all warehouse activities

• Managing inbound and outbound logistics, kitting, and mirror area operations

• Maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring proper material storage and traceability

• Synchronizing physical and system material flows to align with ERP data

• Monitoring and improving operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Leading, coaching, and developing logistics operators while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align warehouse transformation with site strategy

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations within an industrial environment

• Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities

• Strong knowledge of HSE, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement principles

• Good communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)

• Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven, and operational environment

• Familiarity with ERP systems and lean principles
