Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless testing, finishing, verification, and delivery of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and others), organize activities and resources, and ensure compliance with EHS standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing T&F activities (planning, access, resource allocation, documentation), but also ensure that all tests are conducted with full safety compliance.
We’ll look to you for:

Reporting deviations, near-misses, and accidents

Demonstrating excellent EHS behavior and ensuring compliance within the test area

Organizing weekly reviews with EPU Managers on testing KPIs (QCD) and addressing critical issues

Monitoring and updating management and key stakeholders on progress and KPIs
-
Developing T&F procedures for subsystems to meet contractual requirements

Leading or participating in technical discussions with customers to represent and protect the company’s interests

Providing technical leadership to teams for tools, procedures, and problem resolution

Reporting anomalies during site testing and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve them

Proactively developing resource competencies within the T&F team

Leading continuous improvement projects in the T&F area

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of testing and commissioning processes

Knowledge of EHS standards and compliance

Familiarity with project management and KPI monitoring

A certification in safety or quality management is a plus

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
