Could you be the full-time Site APSYS Leader we’re looking for in Alstom Fez ?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll drive and coordinate the Alstom Performance System (APSYS) roadmap locally, ensuring operational performance and the development of best practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, production, and quality management), facilitate and coordinate improvement actions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of training personnel on APSYS methodologies, supporting departments in APSYS deployment, and consolidating self-assessment results, but also participating in APSYS events and contributing to global training programs.
We’ll look to you for:

Animating and coordinating improvement actions to meet APSYS targets

Working with Site Managing Directors on strategic transformations

Training team members on APSYS programs and tools
-
Providing on-field expertise on lean and continuous improvement tools

Consolidating and reporting deployment status to management
-
Performing APSYS assessments and preparing for assessment weeks

Engineering degree in industrial engineering field or similar

Experience or understanding of management in a technical or engineering environment

Knowledge of lean principles such as 5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, and problem-solving

Familiarity with continuous improvement and performance enhancement strategies

A certification in lean management or continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to travel internationally and work with diverse teams
