Product Industrialization Manager (PIM)
Responsibilitie:
Participate in the industrialization of new products (Specific tools / Range / FMEA / ...) :
- By writing specifications and launching consultations,
- By taking into account the industrial constraints in the design of new products and by participating in the
- the development of the structure of the nomenclatures
- By creating macro-ranges and ranges, documents and instructions,
- By planning the tools/procedures while training the users,
- By planning the layout of workstations,
- Ensuring EHS compliance of new equipment,
- Ensuring that target costs are met and that product costs are optimized
- By piloting the Alstom FAR-FMR-SM procedure
Lead the optimization of existing processes:
- By improving the means and tools of production (Reliability / Lean-manufacturing / EHS)
- By following investment projects (Budgeting / Project follow-up / Implementation / Qualification / ...)
- By piloting Kaizen projects in order to improve method times
Guarantee the application of special processes:
- By defining the qualification processes of equipment and operators
- By training and qualifying operators
- Define and implement the tools and means in accordance with Alstom safety policy (handling and lifting tools/ Electrical equipment / ...)
Plan & follow up the homologation tests of new products
- By analyzing malfunctions and hazards,
- By proposing solutions, by planning improvement actions relating to manufacturing, assembly and testing operations and testing operations,
- By making the necessary tools and ensuring their commissioning in order to reduce production costs
Lead the Industrial Department in the realization of the first prototype transformers in each process
Be an actor in the improvement of products following REX (Non-conformity / Modifications / ...) by defining and setting up the specific means and instructions.

Educational Requirements
- Engineer diploma.
- English read, written, spoken.
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry.
- Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
- Familiar with IS common tools.
- Process FMEA, QRQC.
