Purpose of the job :
Reporting to the Site Transfer of Technology Manager, you will have main mission to ensure :

Efficient contribution to Tender execution, including Technology Transfer Agreements, over Transfer Activities.

Efficient contribution to Project execution over Transfer Activities.
-
Deployment and improvement of Technology Transfer processes and tools.
-
Efficient Data sharing with Transfer Stakeholders (Donor/Receiver; Project/Metiers/Sites).
-
Project and Tender Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives for Technology Transfer.
-
Support site construction on demand (for greenfield or brownfield projects).
-
Contribution to improving process efficiency and active data sharing (best practices, feedback).
-
A common way of working and use of best practices in Technology Transfer.
-
Develop and maintain a common Technology Transfer data library (processes, tools, contracts).
-
Manage the Technology Transfer Team, Implementation Plan, Transfer Document, Training, and Assistance.
Responsibilities
-
Set up, execute, and maintain Technology Transfer Plans. This covers all Industrial activities (Production, Testing, Quality, Supply Chain, Assistance to Sub-Contractors).

Analyze Transfer Risk and drive related action plans.

Connect and coordinate Donor and Receiver stakeholders.

Manage the Implementation Plan and ensure its validation by the Donor.

Manage Technology Transfer Data/Documents (Data Management List, Transmittal Sheet, Request for Change, translation, etc.).

Define and execute relevant Training and Assistance Plans.

Ensure Transfer activities are performed within Alstom's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.

Deploy and propose improvements to Technology Transfer Standards and Processes.
-
Develop understanding and competencies in Technology Transfer across sites and metiers.
Profil Requirements
-
Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or similar.
-
Strong industrial background with relevant experience, ideally in similar industry (rolling stock or component business).
-
Experience in Project or Industrial QCD management.

Conscientious. Commits and delivers.

Good leadership and team player

Autonomous and decisive,

International and network mindset.

Availability for travel.

Fluency in English is a must.
