Could you be the full-time Project Supply Chain Leader in Fez/Morocco  we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations throughout the lifecycle of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (tender, industrial, and supplier management teams), manage supply chain processes, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of designing supply chain networks during the tender phase, securing project ramp-ups, and managing changes and crises during the project lifecycle, but also coordinating supply chain activities during project closures.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Designing supply chain processes based on tender requirements and committing to direct costs (e.g., direct hours, packaging costs).

  • Setting up and synchronizing supply chain processes with industrial requirements during ramp-up phases.

  • Driving key activities to ensure supplier deliveries, logistics flows, stock policies, and systems meet QCD objectives.

  • Identifying and managing supplier risks, including capacity assessments and logistics specifications for business awards.

  • Coordinating supply chain activities related to planning changes, supplier modifications, or technical updates.

  • Supporting supply chain teams in resolving critical delivery issues and anticipating material shortages.

  • Minimizing costs and obsolete inventories during project closures while securing the end of production.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.

  • Experience in supply chain operations, preferably in supplier/customer relationships, project management, or industrial settings.

  • Fluent in both French and English.

  • Knowledge of ERP material management (e.g., master data, purchase orders) or ERP architecture understanding (e.g., BOM, NCR).

  • Ability to deal quickly and effectively with a variety of topics.

  • Strong analytical skills to summarize and focus on critical issues.

  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
