Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, tender teams), coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project schedule interfaces, and contribute to the formulation of project execution strategies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing tender documentation to understand schedule management requirements, but also developing tender schedules based on contract requirements and execution strategies.
We’ll look to you for:

Applying the company's time management processes

Promoting time management practices and culture within the project team

Learning and applying the return of experience (REX) from previous projects

Setting timelines for tender preparation and ensuring adherence until submission

Identifying critical paths and risks in project schedules and suggesting optimization actions

Presenting scheduling information during tender gate reviews

Degree in Engineering or Business

Proven experience in a similar role

Good communication and interpersonal skills; an effective team player

Experience in project management or technical roles within industrial or construction sectors

Working knowledge of project scheduling theory and methods

Proficiency in at least one scheduling software tool

Basic knowledge of time-related contractual obligations and penalties

Curiosity and a drive to learn

Working skills in MS Office tools

Basic, broad knowledge of railway industry products and technologies
