Could you be the full-time Project Configuration and Change Manager in Fez/Morocco we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Configuration and Change Management to a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.

You'll ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and traceability of all project deliverables, driving impactful change and configuration management activities throughout the lifecycle of the project or program. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, supply chain, and industrialization), coordinate change requests, and ensure compliance with configuration and change standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the configuration and change processes for project deliverables, but also lead or support Change Boards and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the application of Configuration and Change Management (CCM) processes and procedures by all project/program stakeholders

  • Maintaining control over project/program configurations and managing changes throughout the project lifecycle

  • Leading CCM activities or supporting senior CCM roles when applicable

  • Ensuring compliance with CCM requirements and providing related compliance statements

  • Training functional representatives on CCM processes and tools

  • Reporting on CCM performance indicators and driving continuous improvement

  • Managing configuration baselines, release notes, and traceability of change requests

  • Organizing and leading Change Boards to align stakeholders on priorities and decisions

  • Ensuring supplier configuration management and adherence to CCM documentation requirements

All about you

  • Graduate of a university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Change Management processes
  • Understanding of business process management, project management, risk management, and requirements management
  • Work experience in an international environment
  • Mandatory knowledge of railway products, solutions, systems, and components
  • Familiarity with CCM tools (e.g., ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case, SAP, PLM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, systematic, and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
