Could you be the full-time Operations Director we’re looking for in Alstom Fez ?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll oversee the orchestration of Projects, industrial and operational activities from inception to execution, ensuring a seamless transition to Train Manufacturing Sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing), manage project industrial development activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of ensuring Design for Quality (DFQ) and Operations (DFO) are integrated during the development phase, but also drive continuous improvement in compliance with APSYS standards.

We’ll look to you for:

• Managing Industrial Operations for tender and project execution phases

• Representing Métiers during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase and aligning with SERIAL Site Operations

• Coordinating operations workload and resource allocation in line with site budget

• Driving project management processes and ensuring compliance with QCD targets

• Leading core project teams to achieve customer satisfaction

• Adhering to Alstom’s Ethics and Compliance policies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

The position reports directly to the Site Managing Director and is based in Fez (Morocco).
