Main responsabilities

-Analysis, structuring and integration of BOMs in GSI 
-Organize meeting about the MoB with the parties concerned (Sourcing, Quality, Methods, etc.) 
-Follow-up BOM evolution throughout project life cycle
-Cross-check BOM against other deliverables (Boards, FI, Plugmap, etc.) before integration into ERP.
-Interface with customer on BOM
-Analysis of the impact of modifications and reporting Gaps (Gaps report) 
-Analysis of 5M impacts of modifications and coordination of impact processing with other functions 
-Define the application rank of modifications in coordination with other functions (Supply Chain, Methods, etc.). 
-Ensure that application ranks are respected in execution mode 
-Coordinate with after-sales team to provide technical support for retrofits 
-Participate in QRQC & PDCA meetings. 
-Participate in work groups (Continuous improvement, NCE processing, etc.).

 

Educational Requirements

-  Master Degree in Industrial engineering

- Fluent English & French

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

- Manufacturing Engineering background with 3 years’ experience preferably in the railway services.

- Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain

- Strong Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management

- Familiar with IS common tools.
