POSITION:

 

Defines and validates the detailed manufacturing process of a new product.

Prepares the industrial documentation for the project, determines industrial baseline data, and defines the time required for the manufacturing method.

During the series production phase, leads continuous improvement actions and industrializes product and process evolutions.

 

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Estimates the methods allocated time for manufacturing.

Develops the necessary industrial deliverables for production: Work instruction sheets, labels, sleeves, ranges, JB ...

Participates in the P-FMEA.

Sequences the tasks for workstations.

Calculates the precise method time for manufacturing operations.

Provides industrial support in production to meet shipping commitments.

Handles field feedback related to products & processes.

Manages Question & Answer Sheets as needed.

Industrializes retrofit after technical modifications: routings, work instructions, and tooling.

Supports production to achieve QCD manufacturing goals.

Participates in continuous improvement workshops to enhance production performance.

Conducts time studies of complex operations.

Contributes to industrial feedback on manufacturing processes.

Operation balancing.

Leads and conducts Work Station observations.

Analyzes and applies changes to production documents.

Finds industrial solutions for complex operations.

 

POSITION SITUATION:

Reports to the PIM.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA:

CDI.

Proficiency in the industrialization of Manufacturing files.

Strong expertise in industrial manufacturing processes.

Mastery of tools such as Catia, AutoCad, Excel, and Word.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in smiliar role, Technical, or equivalent.

 

PROFILE:

Fieldwork excellence.

Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Strong interpersonal skills with different hierarchical levels on site.

Engagement, self-motivation, autonomy, and above all, good leadership.
