Material Planning Manager

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your [supply chain and logistics] expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside [innovative, collaborative, and dedicated] teammates. You'll [ensure that our operations are aligned with the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, while leading a team to optimize our material planning processes]. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business ([Human Resources, Quality Assurance, and Procurement]), [supporting strategic supplier selection to fortify our supply chain resilience] and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the supplier selection process to ensure supply chain requirements are integrated,

  • Implementing strategies that are in accordance with Central strategy directives,

  • Coordinating the placement of purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner,

  • Ensuring that the delivery of materials and services aligns with business needs, processes, and procedures,

  • Monitoring and adjusting planning activities to respond to changes in the supply chain,

  • Liaising with different departments to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain workflow,

  • Calculating team workload and setting clear priorities to meet supply chain objectives

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field,

  • Experience or understanding of material planning and supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment,

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
