Your future role :

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and supplier management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our suppliers, helping to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams), lead the resolution of supplier-related non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing non-conformities, containment actions, and supplier quality performance, but also provide leadership for incoming inspection activities.We’ll look to you for:Managing day-to-day non-conformity reporting and ensuring timely communication with suppliers.Driving corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers to address quality issues.Establishing and managing supplier improvement roadmaps for underperforming suppliers.Organizing supplier retrofits and quality wall implementation when necessary.Ensuring effective inspection of low-critical parts and maintaining control plan sustainability.Collaborating with incoming inspectors to ensure compliance of purchased products and parts.Monitoring and publishing KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement.Facilitating reviews and site visits with suppliers to address top issues and foster continuous improvement.

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.Experience managing supplier relationships is a plus.Familiarity with SAP or similar computer applications.Knowledge of the 8D methodology for problem-solving.Strong collaborative, persuasive, and resilient mindset.Ability to manage and analyze data to drive performance improvement.Understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement techniques.
