Position :
As part of your role, you're responsible for defining the necessary tools and ensuring their end-to-end implementation, while strictly adhering to allocated budgets across projects, Opex, and Capex. You actively contribute to maintaining Alstom standards in EHS, ergonomics, and QCD. You also design and update production line layouts and workstations to optimize efficiency. Additionally, You ensure the proper functioning, calibration, and inventory management of all tooling and equipment.
Missions & Responsabilities :
- Analyze, initiate, and monitor tooling requirements while staying within the predefined budget.
- Track the reception, validation, and implementation of tooling.
- Systematically update the RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) of the site's equipment and tooling in line with changes in the Transfo site's workload.
- Lead problem-solving teams to address equipment and tooling failures (QRQC, 8D, etc.).
- Collaborate with the EHS manager to improve workstation ergonomics.
- Monitor and manage KPIs: EMFU, Opex, and Capex.
- Ensure end-to-end tracking of the site's tooling and equipment (inventory, calibration, repair, etc.).
- Systematically update the site layout in line with changes in the site's workload.
Position situation :
Reports to Transformers Operations Manager
Selection Criteria :
Engineer diploma in technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, ...) or equivalent
CDI
2 to 3 years experienced in similar role
Mastery of tools such as Catia, AutoCad, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge of processes : FMEA, QRQC, PDCA & 8D
Profile :
Fieldwork excellence.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Strong interpersonal skills with different hierarchical levels on site.
Engagement, self-motivation, autonomy, and above all, good leadership.
