MISSIONS: 

 

In the project phase

  • Perform advanced analysis of project impact on load/capacity.
  • Analyze the impact of start-up modifications and Baseline changes on the process.
  • Define with the industrialization, quality and EHS team the new manufacturing processes.
  • Elaborate and validate the specifications of means and tools.
  • Ensure the launch of orders.
  • Ensure compliance with the project budget.
  • Ensure a good EMFU score.
  • Monitor orders, receipt and validation of resources and tools.
  • Manage the creation and updating of FMEAs.
  • Ensure the availability of production documents: Crimping range, Tooling and Handling operating procedures.
  • Ensure optimal management of human and material resources in the board manufacturing workshop.
  • Ensure the availability of Process consumables.

 

In the serial phase 

  • Systematic review of load/capacity and impact on means, tooling, surface.
  • Ensure the execution of the maintenance schedule of the boards.
  • Ensure the execution of 3D printing work, from design to realization, test and validation.
  • Ensure the support of the tooling production, means and flows, and propose process solutions to improve the performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure a technological watch on new manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Lead process audits to ensure compliance with the means and tools in the production areas.

 

Educational Requirements

  • Engineer or master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar.

 

Experience 

  • Professional experience within automotive/ Railway industries desirable

 

Competencies & Skills

  • Mastery of 3D design tools: CATIA
  • Mastery of 2D design tools: AUTOCAD
  • Knowledge in 3D printing is desirable
  • Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Good level in French & English

 

Will report to the Product Industrialization Manager
