Mission & Responsibilities

MAIN MISSION

For Indirect sourcing scope:

  • Defines indirect sourcing strategy for  morocco's sites  in accordance with Commodity managers and  Country

            sourcing Manager guidelines

  • Defines and Follow up Morocco 's indirect sourcing roadmap
  • Support and manage supplier panel relationship

 

SOURCING PROCESS

  • Ensure sourcing in compliance with ALSTOM Sourcing processes and tools
  • Contribute in sourcing maturity development for indirect sourcing scope
  • Optimize local indirect sourcing processes, volumes and costs.

 

INDIRECT SOURCING MANAGEMENT

  • Define and Map Country’s indirect scope.
  • Set up country’s indirect roadmap in accordance with Country Sourcing Manager guidelines in order to optimize Indirect sourcing costs.
  • Support internal customer in definition of needs
  • Ensure sourcing of internal customer needs’ from RFQ to Purchase Order in best Q/C/D conditions
  • Negociate and contractualize with suppliers
  • Ensure Q/C/D performance management
  • Ensure Supplier Relation Management
  • Ensure permanent market/Supplier intelligence
  • Ensure regular reporting of KPIs

 
  • Graduated from engineering school (Master’s degree)
  • (from 5 to 10 years) of experience in sourcing
  • Sourcing professional background
  • Strong management experience of large multicultural team
  • Fluent English with international mindset
  • Agile with data analytics and Business Intelligence concept
  • Focused on continuous improvement & efficiency
  • Strong presentation and editorial skills
