Main Responsabilities

  • Guarantee the safety of people, goods and the environment: apply the company's safety rules, improve EHS.
  • Manage production teams (daily activities management).
  • Deliver a production that meets the objectives of quality, deadlines and manufacturing costs.
  • Define and manage the implementation of progress plans on operational (Q, C, D) and managerial (absenteeism, safety) results.
  • Continue the implementation of the production system (APSYS).
  • Guarantee the versatility and adequacy of skills, qualifications and authorizations according to the requirements of the position and ensure traceability by updating the skills matrix at least monthly.
  • Develop the autonomous production teams (development of team efficiency, individual and collective skills and versatility).
  • Represent the management to the staff.

Educational requirements:
Master degree (BAC+5) in industrial Engineering or equivalent


  • An experience of 4 years in similar position within industrial company is mandatory
  • Team management experience
  • Leadership
  • Good communication skills in French and English
