Could you be the full-time Buyer we’re looking for in Alstom Fez ? 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **procurement and supplier management** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a **collaborative and results-driven** team.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and success of supplier selection and management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams across various functions (e.g., engineering, quality, and operations), **coordinate supplier negotiations**, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of **supplier selection, performance monitoring, and supplier relationship management**, but also **support commodity strategy development and ensure compliance with Alstom’s ethical standards**.

We’ll look to you for:

• Preparing and launching Requests for Quotations with suppliers

• Leading project negotiations and presenting business awards

• Promoting and adhering to Alstom’s Code of Ethics

• Coordinating projects with internal teams and stakeholders

• Securing on-time delivery and quality during project ramp-up phases

• Actively supporting the development of commodity strategies and supplier panels

• Representing commodities towards projects, platforms, and solutions

• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

• Assessing supplier risks and implementing mitigation plans

• Monitoring supplier performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) engagements

• Applying Alstom procurement processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement

• Degree in Engineering or Business (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• Confirmed experience as a buyer in an industrial context

• Ability to work in a matrix environment and challenge the status quo

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Results-driven with a structured and rigorous approach

• Proficiency in French and English

• Familiarity with SAP MM

• Base location: Fes, Morocco
