Could you be the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst in Fez we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Supply Chain, IT, and Operations), develop and maintain dashboards, and ensure data quality and governance, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of designing and executing strategic plans for data management and reporting, but also exploring emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) for advanced analytics and visualization.

We’ll look to you for:

• Developing and executing a strategic plan to structure data management and reporting

• Defining reporting requirements and standards aligned with organizational objectives

• Conducting in-depth data analysis to extract insights and identify trends

• Designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations

• Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and meet reporting needs

• Continuously evaluating and enhancing reporting processes, tools, and methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Management, or a related field

• Experience or understanding of creating and managing dashboards in tools like Power BI or QlikSense

• Knowledge of AOS and GSI SAP systems, including data extraction and integration

• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, Python, or AI for data analysis

• A SAP scripting knowledge to automate transactions

• Exceptional analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights and creating user-friendly dashboards
