Responsibilities

-Ensure set up of Master Data during project:
-Ensuring accurate implementation of master data in systems, including M-BoM, P-BoM, routings, work centers, and tooling, purchasing Files.
-Ensure the consistency of those data between the different systems.
-Preparing and consolidating all project PBOM documents to ensure readiness for ERP system (SAP) upload.
-Manage the impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems.
-Collect, update & crosscheck information between Project teams and Products team to define and secure exact scope of part to be used by Project.
-Perform all action/request in Alstom Database dedicated to BOM management to ensure part code availability in project ERP (SAP) division (subscription, modification, creation request, …)
-Set-up effectivity for application of the changes.
-Ensure accuracy of P-BoMs & Perform audits.
-Deploy tools and processes following the APSYS recommendations.
-Ensuring data usability, exploitability, and sustainability.
-Perform the tests before implementation or update
-Ensure the data relaibility in ERP.
-Manage & Lead the BOM Engineers.

Educational Requirements

-Master Degree in a Technical Field (Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent..).
-English read, written, spoken

Desired Knowledge / Experience

-Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with 3 to 5 years experience preferably in the railway industry.
-Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
-Experience in project management.
-Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Change Configuration follow-up
-Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
-Knowledge of CAD.
-Process FMEA, QRQC.
