Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of aftersales services and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Subcontractors), oversee aftersales operations, and monitor subcontractor interventions to ensure zero downtime, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of aligning with project managers on aftersales scope and budget, but also ensure the smooth execution of subcontracted services at customer sites.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Aligning with project managers about aftersales scope and defining the related budget
-
Preparing specifications for aftersales scope subcontracting, launching and monitoring RFQs with the Procurement team
-
Creating purchase requests for subcontractors and ensuring the process is followed through until POs are raised
-
Coordinating subcontractor installation at customer sites and aligning with stakeholders on responsibilities
-
Securing appropriate intervention requests for subcontractors to upgrade FEZ products
-
Monitoring subcontractor interventions to ensure zero line stoppages
-
Participating in FEZ VOP & VOC reviews and supporting the team in defining robust actions to avoid incident recurrence
-
Monitoring aftersales/warranty budgets, ensuring no overconsumption and tracking ETC/EAC commitments
-
Managing raw material safety stock at customer sites for improved reactivity
-
Releasing subcontractor invoices and monitoring payment processes with finance
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
