Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our services sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement, to ensure adherence to quality standards, conduct inspections, and drive problem-solving initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of final inspections of equipment prior to it entering passenger service, but also support the implementation and improvement of quality processes and standards across the organization.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting operations and other departments in adhering to the ISO Quality Plan

Conducting quality control and inspection activities, identifying systematic issues, and initiating problem-solving processes

Ensuring process governance, including adherence to ISO 9001 standards, auditing results, and continuous improvement

Driving and supporting quality improvement initiatives within operations

Leading structured problem-solving processes using established methodologies

Organizing and completing program audits to ensure compliance with established criteria

Typically 3–5 years of experience in a relevant role

Very good knowledge and experience of quality standards and quality checks

Understanding of our products and their acceptance criteria

Experience with Q6 standards and elements, including feedback/feed-forward processes, quality gates, and problem-solving

Familiarity with PDCA, Lean methodologies, and structured problem-solving methods

Experience with internal auditing and overall quality systems

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
