 Main responsibilities


(Including but not limited to) Working closely with other team members ensuring priorities are actioned within agreed timescales : 


  • To define work packages and procedures for Operational requirements.  
  • To respond to customer, partner, supplier or factory requests for Electrical engineering assistance where Product Design and repair problems are encountered.
  • To resolve Technical problems from any source related to product application.
  • To provide Design solutions to component obsolescence
  • To liaise with internal customers to establish precise expectations, where anomalies or inconsistencies arise.
  • To provide a technical support role for product test, both routine and product proving
  • To control the revision or upgrade of product specification, and the revision of drawings and specifications to clarify, and simplify design information and documentation.
  • To liaise with sub-contractors to provide timely and cost-effective design, drawings or other technical activity.
  • To ensure adequate feedback to projects and customers on defects and causes through detailed and consistent analysis.
  •  To provide Manufacturing support with shop floor Production layouts




  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a similar position from one (1) to three (3) years required.
  • Knowledge of ELSA, DMA systems required.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Catia, AutoCAD software an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English required (French an asset).
