We are looking for a passionate Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor who thrives on ensuring operational excellence and reliability in every journey. You will lead dedicated teams maintaining advanced rail vehicles, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safety and performance standards that keep cities moving efficiently.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations ensuring scalability and adherence to Alstom’s global standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to optimize fleet performance and minimize downtime.
  • Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to enhance asset availability and lifecycle efficiency.
  • Drive innovation through predictive maintenance tools and digital diagnostics systems.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence across maintenance teams.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or SAP PM.
  • Strong understanding of rail vehicle systems including traction, braking, and HVAC subsystems.
  • Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to maintenance process improvement.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and maintenance manuals for complex systems.
  • Leadership skills to coach technicians and promote a safety-first, high-performance culture.

  • Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary maintenance teams.

The expected compensation for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
