Your Role, Your Impact

  • Oversee scalable track and overhead catenary system operations, ensuring optimal performance and future growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and project delivery.
  • Maintain reliability standards by implementing rigorous inspection and troubleshooting protocols.
  • Drive innovation through continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build technical excellence.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in rail infrastructure supervision or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in track and OCS systems, maintenance management software, and safety regulations.
  • Strong understanding of rail operations, asset management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development.

The expected compensation for this role is $95,000 - $101,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
