Could you be the full-time onsite Systems Maintenance Manager (Eglinton LRT) in Toronto, CA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your infrastructure management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.Your main objective is to ensure that all aspects of the Infrastructure Maintenance are efficiently and effectively managed and to ensure that customer deliverables are consistently achieved, maintaining support for the commercial needs of the business.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing and developing of the Infrastrcuture Department, including hiring, training, and performance management of the team members
- Executing the maintenance plan to meet SQCD targets for the Maintenance Contract;
- Delivering Customer Satisfaction by ensuring that all contractual targets are met.
- Developing and maintaining a robust and professional working relationship with all Customers and suppliers, with a view to ensuring the continued viability and profitability of the Contract;
- Leading the Infrastructure teams (TPSS and SIGS/COMMS) with the target of an optimised workload, resource plan and utilising the appropriate tools & equipment while respecting the budget;
- Working with the Site Infrastructure Manager in consistently reviewing the operational structure to best achieve business goals and deliver the maintenance plan;
- Ensuring full transparency of Work Packages QCD performances, including physical progress at all times, in line with company standard reporting requirements;
- Actively working together with other Work Package Owners of the project to ensure the optimisation of overall project performance;
- Participating in APSYS / continuous improvement projects involving all team members
- Ensuring Quality and EHS standards are respected and owned by all team members
- Undertake any other duties as specified by the Site Infrastructure Manager.

- Safety – Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and drive continuous improvement
- Quality – Ensure quality of product and drive the reduction in Cost Of Non Quality
- Cost – Meet project budget forecasts, identify and manage risks and opportunities
- Delivery – Meet business targets: Train reliability, availability, cleanliness and environmental
- Compliance with Work Packages - QCD

- Proven leadership skills through past managerial roles;

- Proven track record of successfully delivering customer requirements;
- Experience of managing by SQCD;
- Knowledge of best practice tools, technology, practices;
- Good commercial understanding of service contracts and financial management.
