• Oversee scalable OCS installation and maintenance projects, ensuring robust system performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rail infrastructure or OCS supervision.
• Proficiency in OCS design, installation, and maintenance; strong understanding of rail safety standards.
• Expertise in project management, technical troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to foster teamwork and accountability.

The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
