Working together with the supervisor to establish a scheduling system as well as a roster for each rotation.




  • Building a rotation schedule to cover the business and operational needs.
  • Working together with managers and supervisors to create rosters.
  • Working together with HR in recruitment process for any vacant positions in the OCC.
  • Managing each rotation and schedule




  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with roster planning and scheduling
  • Working knowledge of MS office, primarily Excel
