  • The purpose of this position is also to manage the overall procurement goals and objectives in regard to quality, on time delivery, cost and customer requirements.
  • Manages and Coordinates needs,  change requests and associated activities in Coordination with all stakeholders in the Project.
  • Ensures that project needs are properly communicated to the buyers, the suppliers and supports internal stakeholders to get optimized functional requirements.
  • Track Procurement performance in project and issue action plan in case of deviation
  • Perform review of Purchase requisitions for Procurement and secure Purchase Orders placed on time
  • Manage Suppliers QCD performances with the Buyers and ensure particularly On Time Delivery
  • Analyses risks and sets appropriate mitigation plan
  • Applies & supports Alstom sourcing rules, process & tools
  • Periodically sessions to present analysis of data to the Project and auditor if required
  • Provide necessary support to Project Controllers on financial topics
  • Provide audit support to project controllers



  • Interest in Procurement project management, cost and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) is mandatory
  • Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP) will be an asset.

  • Be able to manage and to present well the results and issues in front of the Project



  •  0-2 years’ experience in  Procurement / Sourcing / financial analysis, or audit and/or accreditation fields
  • Graduated or about to graduate from Finance, Business or Management related
  • Fluent in English - Bilingual will be an asset (English & French)
