Your future role
We're looking for a Test & Commissioning (T&C) Lead to ensure the safe and efficient integration of transportation systems. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.
We’ll look to you for:
- Lead on-site testing and commissioning activities ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to validate installation and interface of systems.
- To comply with project’s T&C QCD commitments, acting as Work Package Owner, in compliance with Cost Performance Review process.
- Efficient and transparent interface with the Warranty Implementation teams working in customer’s depots
- To capture and report non-conformities and ensuring they are properly managed and closed, liaising with engineering, validation, RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety), manufacturing and site Quality during the commissioning process to achieve operational readiness.
- Document and report progress, non-conformities, and final approvals accurately.
- Support handover of fully tested systems to the client within agreed timelines.

- Degree/Higher National Certificate (or recognised equivalent) in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in system testing and commissioning within rail or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems integration (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation, …)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
