Could you be the full-time onsite Trainee Engineer in  Dubai,United Arab Emirates we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll analyze failure trends to highlight and monitor repetitive failures, significantly contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our engineering solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, central engineering, and safety departments), support the production team in difficult fault investigations, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analyzing system data and supporting central engineering activities with investigations as required,

  • Following up on actions from Engineering Technical Issues meetings and formalizing outcomes,

  • Optimizing Maintenance Plans through the production of supporting reports,

  • Initiating, controlling, and monitoring modifications and special checks, including operative documentation,

  • Coordinating and monitoring ongoing System Changes/Upgrades, ensuring adherence to review and change management processes,

  • Proposing innovative solutions for continuous improvements and developing Proof of Concept for new technologies,

  • Creating clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and modification instructions,

  • Updating Safety, Reliability, and maintenance documentation as necessary, including integration of supplier-provided materials,

  • Preparing technical specifications and program requirements for subcontracted equipment suppliers,

  • Performing data analysis, reliability apportionments, and calculations as part of technical preparations

  • Experience or understanding of technical documentation and system data analysis,

  • Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Capacity for producing clear and concise technical documentation
