Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your sales and business development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive sales growth and uncover new business opportunities through strategic planning and proactive execution, contributing to Alstom’s mission of delivering innovative short-cycle services solutions. Creating demand by understanding, promoting, and selling Alstom’s short-cycle services portfolio to end customers.
-
Meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins and identifying new market opportunities to increase revenue.
-
Gathering customer background information, including hassle maps, stakeholder analysis, and conducting competition analysis.
-
Analyzing the installed base and aligning with service solutions, such as ALM Smart Catalogue, Through-Life Services, and Component Overhauls, while promoting a “gardening approach” within the structure.
-
Detecting customer gain and pain points and promoting Alstom P&OVH, ALM, and Digital Solutions.
-
Engaging all levels of the customer organization, from depot management to Customer Directors, to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
-
Driving customer meetings, negotiations, and influencing upcoming bids through proactive commercial development.
-
Leading and developing capture plans with tender team support to define a shared Alstom approach.
-
Identifying gaps between customer requirements and service solutions to ensure consistency and competitiveness.
-
Ensuring a smooth handover to the Project Manager (PrM) upon contract award.
